Tjioe The Caterer (pronounced as “chew”) started as a hole-in-the-wall restaurant at the heart of Manila’s Chinatown called Quik Snack back in the late 60’s. As it was quick to become a household name among the Filipino-Chinese community, this paved the way for an opportunity to venture into the catering business in the late 80’s.
